GET IN TOUCH
Get in touch.
You don’t need to know exactly where to start.
Tell me a little about what’s bringing you here, what you’d like support with, or simply what you’re curious about.
If you already know which doorway feels right, you can tell me that too. If you don’t, that’s completely fine.
FAQ
A few answers
Do I need to know which service is right for me?
No. You can begin by telling me what’s bringing you here. If you’re unsure which doorway makes sense, we can work that out together.
Do you offer counselling?
Yes. I work as a therapist and counsellor, offering private counselling sessions tailored to the individual.
What happens in counselling?
Counselling may include conversation, reflection, guidance, somatic exploration, nervous system awareness, inner parts work and Gestalt-informed approaches. The work is collaborative and evolves according to what you need.
Do you work with teenagers?
Yes. I work with clients aged 15 and above. Clients under 18 require parental consent.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. Couples can work with me around communication, relationship patterns and other areas they want to explore together.
Do you offer one-off sessions?
Yes. A one-off session can be useful if you want to explore a particular situation, see whether we’re a good fit, or simply need support with something specific. If you or I feel someone else may be better suited to what you need, I’m also happy to recommend that.
How often do we meet?
There is no fixed schedule. Some clients may work with me twice a week. Others may meet once a month. We work at a pace that makes sense for you and your needs.
Do you offer packages?
I don’t currently offer standard packages. If there is a specific need, we can discuss what would make sense individually.
Do you offer meditation and subconscious healing?
Yes. Meditation sessions may include guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, subconscious healing, Quantum Healing, personalised practices and other approaches depending on the individual.
What is Tarot used for?
I use Tarot as a reflective and intuitive tool. It can help you explore a situation, see familiar patterns from another perspective, ask better questions and access possibilities you may not have considered.
Do you predict the future?
That’s not how I approach Tarot. The cards don’t replace your agency or make your decisions for you. They can offer another lens through which to explore what is happening and what may be possible.
Can Tarot and counselling be combined?
Sometimes. If it feels appropriate and useful, Tarot may become part of a broader counselling or conscious healing conversation. The modality is a doorway. It isn’t the destination.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I work virtually with clients worldwide.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. In-person sessions are available in Bombay.
How do I start?
You can fill out the contact form or reach out over WhatsApp. Tell me a little about what you’re looking for. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you get in touch.
What if I’m not sure whether you’re the right person for me?
That’s okay. You can start with a session and see how it feels. If I believe another practitioner or form of support would be a better fit for what you need, I’ll tell you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in sessions is treated as confidential, except where there is a serious concern that you intend to cause harm to yourself or someone else.
Do you diagnose mental health conditions?
No. I do not diagnose mental health conditions.
Is this a substitute for medical or psychiatric care?
No. The work offered through The Self Mastery Initiative is not a substitute for emergency, medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be at immediate risk of harming yourself or someone else, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. My practice is independent. I do not provide coordinated care as part of a medical or psychiatric treatment team.
What if I’m in crisis?
These sessions are not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, seek immediate support through your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis provider.
